Breakfast was great -- anyone expecting a large western breakfast on a smaller Indonesian island has obviously not travelled much. That said, there were options for western palates. Based on a prior review we were not sure what to expect -- we thought breakfast was very good! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning after traveling over 30 hours and were ecstatic to find that not only was our room available but also at no extra charge! The room was better than expected and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with this exceptionally clean and well appointed hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We needed a fast laundry service and the hotel was able to accommodate our request. Also we were able to check in earlier than the hotel given time. We really appreciated this because we were coming from an exhausting night boat trip with no sleep. The breakfast was simple but satisfied both sweet and savoury tastes. Across the street from the hotel you can find a very nice restaurant with Bintang (you need to ask for it as it is not shown on the menu)
